The Hawaii County Police Department has arrested the second escapee, Ryan Jeffries-Hamar, for first-degree escape. Jeffries-Hamar, 31, who fled the Hawaii Community Correctional Center on Dec. 5, was found at a home in the Hawaiian Beaches subdivision in Pahoa on Thursday night.
